Cupcake Sauv Blanc Margarita
2.5 ounces Cupcake Sauvignon Blanc
1 ounce tequila
Splash of ginger beer
Splash Agave
Lime juice as needed
Salt for the rim
Lime wheels for garnish
Method: Add lime to rim of serving glass and salt. Fill serving glass with ice and combine ingredients. Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!
Repo Fresco
2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
1.5 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Agave Nectar
3 Cucumber Slices
8-10 Mint Leaves
Top with Soda Water
Method: Combine all ingredients into tin shaker, except soda water. Muddle fruit/herbs, add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into Collins glass. Add fresh ice, top off with soda water, and garnish with mint sprig through cucumber slice and place on top of glass.

2 parts Tres Agaves Organic Blanco Tequila
.75 parts Tres Agaves Agave Nectar
.75 parts Fresh Lime Juice
1 slice Jalapeno (seeds removed)
2 slices Cucumber
6-8 small Basil leaves
Tajín Rim (Optional)
Method: Rim a rocks glass with Tajín and set aside. Place basil, jalapeno and cucumber slices in a shaker tin. Add agave nectar and muddle thoroughly. Add liquid ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously and double strain over fresh ice in rimmed glass.
The Heat
1.5 ounces 1800 Coconut
1.5 ounces pineapple juice
.75 ounce lime juice
Jalapeño, sliced
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with lime and jalapeño.
Watermelon Manarita
2 oz. Teremana Blanco / Reposado
1 oz. Lime Juice
.25 -.5 oz Agave Nectar (to taste)
4 Large Chunks of Watermelon
Method: Muddle the watermelon in a shaker with all ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.
Cucumber-Coconut Margarita
1.5 oz Patrón Silver
2 oz Coconut water
.5 oz Fresh lime juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
7 Thin slices of cucumber, 3 for garnish
Method: Combine all ingredients (including 4 of the cucumber slices) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill. Strain onto fresh ice in a highball glass. Garnish with remaining 3 cucumbers.
Espolòn Margarita
2 parts Espolòn Blanco
.75 Part Grand Marnier
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
.5 part Agave Nectar
Method: Shake over ice and strain into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Margarita
2 oz La Puerta Negra Blanco Tequila
1 oz of quality triple sec
1 oz fresh lime juice and ice.
Method: Mix in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass that’s been rimmed with salt (or not). Cheers!
Takes Two to Mango
.5 oz Lime juice
.5 oz agave syrup
1.5 oz AriZona Mucho Mango
1.5 oz Jose Cuervo Especial Silver
2 dashes Mexican hot sauce
1 cup ice
Method: Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until ice is smooth. Serve up with lime wedge.

1 Part Fruit Juice (Lime/Mango/Papaya)

Method: Combine everything in a shaker with ice and shake until frosty. Using your method of choice, make your “snow” in a cone or rocks glass, and pour the mix over.
Los Arangos Rose
2 ounces Los Arango Añejo Tequila
.75 ounce lime juice
.5 ounce agave syrup
.5 ounce grenadine
Method: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake to chill and combine ingredients. Fine strain into a coupe glass, garnish & enjoy!

2 oz. Hibiscus Tea
.5 oz. Lime Juice
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
Strawberry Halves for Garnish
Method: Combine Tequila Don Julio Blanco, hibiscus tea, lime juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake gently. Strain contents into a Collins glass over fresh ice and garnish with half a strawberry.
Cincoro Paloma
2 oz Cincoro Reposado Tequila
2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.25 Fresh Lime Juice
.25 oz Light Agave Nectar
Top splash with Club Soda
Method: Shake all ingredients except the club soda with ice and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with grapefruit wheel.
Ponche Caballero
2 oz. Partida Reposado
1.5 oz. Jumex Tamarind Nectar
1.5 oz. pineapple juice
.5 oz. agave nectar
.5 oz. fresh lime juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
Method: Combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves.
Corralejo Tequila Spicy Grapefruit Sour
2 ounces Corralejo Reposado Tequila
1 ounce grapefruit juice
1 ounce lime juice
.5 ounce jalapeño simple syrup
1 egg white
Method: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake hard to chill and combine ingredients. Strain out ice and shake hard again and strain into your glass. Garnish & enjoy!
